Managing DIrector

Sarah Rankin

Sarah founded Moonies Hill Energy Pty Ltd in 2008, and is currently an Executive Director, responsible for business development. Sarah has been the key driver of the project during the feasibility and planning application process. Sarah has experience in planning, budgeting, report writing, data capture and analysis.

Sarah is a founding and current shareholder of MHE.

Executive DIrector

Michael Baulch

Michael has over 20 years experience in the transport and logistics sectors, playing a major role in the consolidation and expansion of large passenger transport enterprises in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

Michael has extensive experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions and project management.

Michael is a founding and current shareholder of MHE.

DIrector

Julian Mills

Julian has 30 years’ corporate finance advisory experience backed up by 5 year’s experience as a professional civil engineer.

Julian has a broad range of experience including public markets mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets advisory and capital raising, asset sales and purchases, financial modelling, strategic advice and business planning.

Julian has a particular interest in the renewables energy market having advised Moonies Hill Energy on the Flat Rocks Wind Farm. In addition to his experience and knowledge in the renewables space, Julian has advised on the refinancing and divestment of West Australian electricity retail and generation market businesses.

Julian has advised in the education, engineering, financial services, industrial, infrastructure, media, healthcare, transport and utilities and being based in Perth, Western Australia, he has a particular expertise in resources and resource services M&A.

Julian is a Special Adviser to Gresham Partners, Chairman of Sagewood Early Learning and a director of private investment companies. His qualifications include a MBA with Distinction from London Business School, a post-graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Finsia and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Western Australia.
